Tom was the best nighbour and friend you could have.He was kind, funny,wise and empathic and always had time for you. He would serenade us daily whilst learning new songs on his trumpet .My abiding memory is of a lovely summer morning eating breakfast whilst Tom played summertime on his trumpet. It was one of those moments when surrealism and synchronicity met.!
